"Debbie....our ride is back." I could hear the train before it crested the mountain. The folks coming off looked as shell shocked as us. You just can't believe that this weather is happening when 40 minutes ago, you were in clear skies. I was really nervous to go back down. Our conductor coming up was really calm and informative with a great sense of humour. Unfortunately, the fellow who took us back down, added to my nervousness by yelling at us in jest. Not the best way to calm your passengers. Irregardless, our trip down was uneventful and I was happy to place my feet on a flat, safe surface.
