I have yet to experience a 'boring' road trip. Our few trips to Myrtle Beach have been filled with laughter and excitement. Deb and I both felt getting to our destination was fun, the scenery beautiful, and we chose to stop when we wanted with no pressure of 'having to be somewhere.' We came upon waterfalls, incredible valleys and many quaint little cottages. We decided this morning that we would be in Bartlett, New Hampshire so early that we would go directly to North Conway, New Hampshire for the........SHOPPING OUTLETS! Oh yeah...Deb and I alone with about 3 hours to put in. OMG! We really did get a lot of deals. We are going back to North Conway tomorrow....no not for the shopping....but to explore the great little village. As we drove through there were so many different little shops, a weekend craft sale, a rail station (any trains to Boston?), tons of interesting little places to eat and of course a Dairy Queen! So many picture ops and so little time......What a great day!!!!
