Mexican or Italian?

It felt so great to head down the highway.....escape.....and be free. It has been an very busy summer with Weddings, Showers, weekends away, company, etc... The trailer is now closed and we are beginning out next housesitting job in November. What better way to gently roll into it than to take a break away from everything.....Road Trip!

As we drove towards Kingston we were happily surprised to see so many leaves still on the trees. Reds and Yellows. Very beautiful. As we continue our trip south we hope to see more of that. " I have my camera and I am not afraid to use it."

We checked ourselves into a lovely Comfort Inn on Hwy 401, with WiFi, free continental breakfast and a 10 minute drive to downtown Kingston. Threw our bags on the bed and headed out to the "Lonestar" restaurant for much anticipated mexican food, on Ontario & Princess street. IT"S CLOSED!!!! for renovations.....regroup...regroup..

We continued our walk near the waterfront and enjoyed a great Italian dinner of pasta and salad at Frankie's Pestos. Just a block from Lonestar.

Well that felt right for a start to a vacation....Italian food.....

Home early...hit the pillow and lights out.
